HOW TO ENJOY YOUR MACARONS
To keep your macarons fresh, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for up to a week in the fridge and 3 months if securely packed in the freezer. If out in room temperature they will last for 24 hours.
Here's the tough part, DON'T EAT YOUR MACARONS right out of the fridge. The fridge can harden the shells and they need to be thaw to either room temperature or at least 15 minutes to eat them just right.
