Funny story... It all started when my husband, then boyfriend, talked about how much he loved macarons and how his ex-girlfriend would make him macarons.  Of course I wanted to show her up, so I said I could make them too.  Boy was I wrong.  My first batch of macarons had no feet, were hard, cracked and definitely wasn't chewy in the inside.  Now this was a time when there weren't too many recipes or videos of macarons on the internet.  So I definitely had LOTS of trial and error, I mean a LOT.  Fast forward and I can confidently tell you, I make a fine macaron that is crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside with FEET!

At first I would only bake my macarons for friends and family.  Then the pandemic hit and like everyone, I started baking a lot.  With support and encouragement from family and friends, I decided to sell my macarons.  

 

Aside from baking, I'm a nurse by night, mom, and wife 24/7.  I love watching Korea dramas and listening to K-pop on my free time.  Baking brings me so much joy that I hope my macarons bring you joy with every bite every month.
